Product Introduction
This machine features a piston-type rotary filling system, specifically designed for high-viscosity and high-concentration products such as jam, tomato sauce, chili sauce, meat sauce, and condensed milk. It is capable of processing materials that may contain pulp or solid particles and is suitable for use with aluminum and tinplate cans.
The system is available in various configurations, with filling head options of 12, 20, 24 or 36, and seaming head options of 4, 6, 8 or 10. Depending on the setup, the production capacity ranges from 60 to 600 cans per minute, making it ideal for both medium and high-output production lines.
本机配套的灌装机为活塞式、回转的灌装方式，适用于易拉罐（马口铁）作为外包装材料的果酱、番茄酱、辣椒酱、肉酱、炼乳等有粘稠、高浓度、含果肉或颗粒的物料的灌装及封口。 本系列的机器可以选配灌装机头数分别为：12、18、24、36、48，封罐机的头数分别为：4、6、8、10， 生产速度范围从60至600罐每分钟。
