Gears in the seaming head and other critical components undergo high-precision grinding, which extends service life and reduces operating noise.

Specihc maintenance with consequent costreduction

Built with premium components including a Siemens PLC, user-friendly touchscreen, Danfoss or Delta inverter, Airtac solenoid valve, and Omron proximity switch for reliable and efficient performance.

Production speed is adjustable directly via the touchscreen interface. The system also features automatic fault alarms for PLC errors, ensuring safe and continuous operation.

The main spindle is fitted with a heavy-duty bearing. Critical high-load areas use imported bearings to enhance machine durability and operational stability.
